• Group sizes are restricted, therefore bookings are confirmed only on receipt of payment which accepted on a "first pay first served" basis.
  

• Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque or wire transfer.

• Materials are not included in a course fee.

• A cancellation fee equivalent to 3 week tuition will apply for all cancellations which must be requested not later than two weeks before the beginning of a course. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded.
  

• Classes are not pro-rated and nontransferable; payment for any period of absence during the term, whatever the motive or duration, are non-refundable.
  

• Making up for missed sessions is permitted only within two week time from a date of a missing session.

• Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to set up your drawing board & easel. If late, you will have to wait until the first break to set up the drawing board.

• No smoking permitted during the lesson or in the studio at any time.

• Sharpen your pencil & charcoal over the garbage cans.

• Expect to keep silence while working so others are not disturbed. You can take break at any time, but please keep silence.

• During a model session we take 5 minute break every 25 minutes. During the break time please keep voice down because others might still be working.

• Jason Lu Studio reserves the right to refuse an application for admission in exceptional circumstances.
  

• Jason Lu Studio reserves the right to ask a student to leave on disciplinary grounds.

• Jason Lu Studio does not assume any responsibility for any injury or loss during the classes or while on location where the classes are being held.
  

• Jason Lu Studio reserves the right to make schedule changes or course drops.
